Refund policy
RETURN
Our return policy lasts for 90 days. If it has been more than 90 days since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
Any return or exchange request must be contacted and approved by our customer service team in advance. Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and uninstalled
In the same condition as when you received it
In the original packaging with all accessories included
If returned items are found to be damaged due to misuse, missing accessories, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to reject your request.
If you are not satisfied with the item, please do not install or use it, as this may affect your eligibility for return or exchange.
Customized products and gift cards are non-returnable.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
A $2 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping costs (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after it has been processed:
Please check with your bank or PayPal first
Then contact our support team for assistance
EXCHANGE
If the item you received is defective or damaged (not caused by misuse), we will provide a free replacement.
Depending on the situation, we may replace:
Specific parts, or
The entire item
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Include all accessories and original packaging
Provide evidence (photos/videos) of the issue
Customers may also request to exchange for a different product.
Any price difference will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
